Vision
Bella-Tola is an established and preferred campsite for families, senior citizens and friends of nature at the edge of the Pfynwald Natural Park, in the heart of the Valais. The active relaxation possibilities and wide range of offers, as well as a high standard of quality and a comprehensive service characterise us as a tourist location and as a strong partner in the region.
Satisfied guests, staff, safety, the environment and nature protection are very important to us. In the context of the economic possibilities, we want to further develop and improve constantly our social and environmentally-friendly practices and our environmental protection measures in all areas of the business. The “Valais Excellence®” brand helps us in implementing the ISO certification 9001 (safety management) and 14001 (environmental management).
We want to encourage contact with customers, associations, tourist organisations, authorities, competitors and partners. Our guests form the central focus. We take their requests seriously. We offer them a well-functioning range of tourist services.
Quality
We see our customers as preferred partners, for whom we attempt to reach the best cost efficiency, while at the same time ensuring the continuity of our company. We evaluate our services regularly and compare them with those of our competitors (benchmarking).
Environment
We consider our environment to be an important commodity that must be protected. It goes without saying that we observe environmental laws and regulations. We wish to systematically sensitise, motivate and train our staff so that they can carry out their work in the knowledge of their responsibility to the environment. We appeal to our guests and our staff to treat resources carefully and sparingly.

Safety
The well-being, safety and health of our guests and employees are important to us. We are constantly optimising the safety of our existing facilities and equipment.
Staff
Every employee is aware of our company goals. We make a great effort to create a team with our seasonal workers. We increase staff motivation by promoting further development. We practise a cooperative style of management.
Every employee is a contact person for our guests. We expect from our staff expertise, competence, commitment and a high degree of service mentality, friendliness and attention to our guests.

We want to ensure the continuation of our company, in particular by securing the profitability of our services and by paying attention to the increased attractiveness of our infrastructure. Therefore, corresponding to the quality of our offers, our services are positioned in the mid to upper price segment.
Improvement goals
By developing and implementing our management system we intend to maintain and further expand the infrastructure and the areas of activity of our company, in order to ensure the long-term continuity of our business.
