Conditions of reservation

Standard reservation (more than 1 month prior to arrival)

The management of the Bella-Tola campsite offers an online reservation facility for pitches by visiting the homepage. Reservations can also be made directly at the camp site reception desk. In exceptional circumstances pitches can also be reserved over the phone.

Customers can choose any arrival and departure dates as they wish (minimum stay: 2 nights).

Requests with regard to a particular pitch can also be considered. However, the management reserves the right to change the confirmed pitch number at any time and provide an equivalent alternative.

Following the receipt of a reservation application the customer will be furnished with confirmation of reservation. All reservations must be confirmed by the customer within the specified time frame otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Within 5 days following receipt of the reservation confirmation a deposit of 20% of the camp site fees is due for payment. The down payment will be taken into full consideration in the final statement of account. The down payment is to be made as follows:

If the down payment is not made the reservation will be cancelled.

The remaining amount is due for payment upon arrival (exception: Regular guests). Regular guests (=repeat customers) do not need to make a down payment!

Late reservation (less than 1 month prior to arrival)

Late reservations can only be considered if the down payment can be made directly by credit card.  The following credit card details have to be transmitted either by mail, fax or phone:

• 16-digit credit card number
• expiry date
• 3-digit security code (on the back of the card)

Arrival and Departure

The pitch is available from 3 pm. on the day of arrival. Please do not arrive before this time as we have to prepare the pitch for you. The pitch will be kept until 8 pm. After this time we reserve the right to allocate the pitch to another camper unless you have informed reception that you will be arriving later. On the day of departure the pitch must be vacated by 11 am, but only if it has been reserved for the same day.  Otherwise, guests are entitled to use the rented pitch until 4 pm.

Cancellation, failure to turn up and cancellation insurance

In the event of cancellation or failure to turn up the deposit will be forfeited!

Our charges do not include cancellation insurance. We strongly recommend, therefore, that you conclude insurance of this nature. If you would like us to do this on your behalf we can make arrangements up to 30 days before your arrival. The charges will be 4% of the arrangement price. Delayed arrival, premature departure, place of jurisdiction

There will be no refund for delayed arrival or premature departure. The total reservation period will be charged for (number of persons and site tax).

Swiss law applies and the place of jurisdiction is CH-3953 Leuk town.

General

Before making an application for a reservation the customer must be aware that the pitch allotted may not meet his or her expectations. The customer must book for a specific period and make a down payment. Once a reservation has been accepted a contract has been made between the campsite management and the customer! Think carefully, therefore, before making a definite booking!
